WE HAD SNOW THIS MORNING!!!

It was a treat for my children to wake up this morning with a dusting of snow on the ground. They were up and playing in it by 6:30 this morning. Ü

My kids and the teenage neighbors beside us along with there friends enjoyed having a snowball fight over the fence. Allan pulled the tramp close by the fence so they could get a good shot. I think our neighbor who is about 18 and his friends had just a much fun as my 11 year old and his friends.

School was cancled due to ice on the roads in fact all the highways in town were closed down. Jeff went into work around 10 when the roads were a little better. It is was fun to see everything in white - so beautiful! Now that it is coming to the end of the day, you can still see evidence of snow in the places where there is a lot of shade.

Today is my mom's birthday!! Happy Birthday Mom, I love you!!!! I am so grateful to have such a wonderful mom in my life - I am who I am because of her. She is such an angel and a giving person to all.

Yesterday, I took Aimee and Darin to the doctor and they both have the flu. The tamiflu medicine they have taste terrible!!!! Poor kids are in tears when it is time to take it, so I bribe them with soda pop and donuts.

Well, the weekend is here and Stake Conference is this weekend. I love conference time and the spiritual boost it gives me I also enjoy seeing so many friends from the stake too.

I pray all is well with all my kids and they know how much they are loved Ü
